Research of the Oil Spill Problem on Sea Area of Wind Power Plant on Hangzhou Bay Donghai Bridge

在东海大桥风电场工程后潮流数学模型的基础上,考虑风场对海面溢油的物理化学过程的影响,建立海面溢油数学模型,研究溢油发生后油膜漂移及扩散轨迹,以及油膜面积随时间的变化。结果表明:溢油的漂移和扩散主要取决于溢油方式、风速风向以及潮流条件。风速风向对于油膜的漂移轨迹以及对周围岛屿的污染影响十分明显,而潮流条件对于油膜扫海面积的规律性不太明显,但是对于油膜的漂移到达时间有一定的影响。

Based on tide current mathematical model of wind power plant on donghai bridge, considering about the influence of wind upon the track of the oil, we build up a numerical model of the oil spill on sea surface and researched the trajectory and the area of the oil film after an oil spill accident happened. The results show that the trajectory of the oil film mostly lies on the mode of oil spill, wind speed and direction, and the condition of tide current. The change of wind speed and direction has a significantly influence on oil film trajectory and pollution extent in the island around. The condition of tide current has an unconspicuous influence on oil film area, but has an influence on the arrived time of oil spill.
