Effect of Siliceous Tailings on Performance of Foamed Concrete

为了研究硅质尾矿的掺入对粉煤灰发泡水泥性能的影响,采用以SiO2为主的黄金尾矿,按照0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%的比例取代粉煤灰制备发泡水泥,研究了尾矿的不同掺量对发泡水泥性能的影响。在此基础上,对尾矿进行粉磨,研究了尾矿的比表面积对发泡水泥的抗压强度的影响。结果表明,与空白样相比,掺入10%的比表面积为233m2/kg的尾矿能够将发泡水泥的28d抗压强度提高84%;掺入10%的比表面积为1161m2/kg的尾矿可以使发泡水泥的抗压强度提高133%。适量尾矿替代粉煤灰,能够降低发泡水泥的孔径、提高气孔的浑圆度和孔壁的密实度。

In order to explore the influence of siliceous tailings on the performance of foamed concrete, the foamed concrete samples with substitution of silicious gold tailings for fly ash in the ratios of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% were prepared and the properties of samples were investigated. Also, the effect of the specific surface area of tailings on the compressive strength of foamed concrete was studied. Results show that the addition of tailings has significant effect on the compressive strength of foamed concrete, compared with the blank sample, 10% tailings with a specific surface area of 233m2/kg can increase the compressive strength by 84%, while 10% tailings with a specific surface area of 1161m2/kg can increase the compressive strength by 133%. After the substitution of fly ash with an appropriate amount of tailings, the pore size of the foamed concrete was reduced and the roundness of the pores and the density of the pores were improved.
