基于注意力机制的音频事件检测

音频事件检测在如教育和安全等领域都有着十分优秀的应用前景。随着深度学习的快速发展,目前音频事件检测领域的研究大部分也是基于神经网络模型的。但是很少有研究者着重关注音频事件检测研究当中注意力机制的使用。本文将注意力机制引入音频事件检测领域的研究当中。在Dcase2020的任务五中,本文分别使用了通道注意力与空间注意力进行了实验,证明注意力机制在音频事件检测任务也可以起到良好的效果。最后本文将通道注意力与空间注意力结合起来使用,分别在AUPRC分数以及F1分数上取得了0.66%和0.75%的提升。

udio event detection has excellent application prospects in fields such as education and security. With the rapid development of deep learning, most of the current research in the field of audio event detection is also based on neural network model. However, few researchers focus on the use of attention mechanism in audio event detection. In this paper, attention mechanism is introduced into the field of audio event detection. In task 5 of dcase2020, this paper uses channel attention and spatial attention to carry out experiments respectively, which proves that the attention mechanism can also play a good effect in the task of audio event detection. Finally, this paper combines channel attention and spatial attention, and improves auprc score and F1 score by 0.66% and 0.75 respectively.
