大倾角双斜工作面俯采段矿压显现规律研究
Study on Strata Behavior in the Phase of Down-dip Mining of Down-dip&Up-dip Mining Coal Face at Deep Dip Angle
新集二矿E1108工作面为大倾角双斜工作面,工作面最大倾角、俯角、仰角分别达45°、36°、25°。本文首次将MATLAB软件应用到矿压显现规律分析中,结合现场实测数据,对工作面俯采段矿山压力显现规律及其与工作面俯角的相关性等问题进行了分析研究。结果表明,工作面俯采段矿压显现规律较为特殊:周期来压步距相对较长,支护阻力沿工作面倾向呈现两种不同的分布特征,随着工作面俯角增大支护阻力显著降低等。研究结果为此类工作面安全高效开采提供了科学依据。
E1108 coal face in Xinji No.2 mine is a down-dip & up-dip mining coal face at deep dip angle. The biggest inclination angle, depression angle and elevation angle of the coal face come to 45° 36°and 25°respectively. This paper creatively applied MATLAB software to the analysis of strata behavior pattern. It studied the strata behavior in the phase of down-dip mining and its relevance with the depression angle. It found out that the strata behavior showed some special patterns in the phase of down-dip mining: the periodic weighting length was relatively long, the support resistance took on two different distribution characteristics, the support resistance reduced remarkably along with the increase of the depression angle and so on. The paper provided scientific basis for good safety and efficiency of this kind of coal face.
