低剂量水泥稳定碎石混合料室内外强度特性研究
Research on Strength Characteristic of Low Cement-Treated Crush Stone Mixtures in Laboratory and Field Road
对三种不同级配、水泥剂量为2%~5%的水泥稳定碎石混合料进行室内室外(现场)强度发展情况对比分析,得出室内外强度发展特性;通过莫尔-库仑定律分析级配和水泥剂量对混合料摩擦角与粘结力的影响;施工中偏粗级配变异性较大,要严格控制施工过程;施工温度较低时,加强养护对后期强度影响不大。
hrough strength analysis of three different gradation low cement-treated crush stone mixtures of which cement dosages change from 2% to 5% in laboratory and field road,strength development characteristic are given;Based on Mohr-Coulomb principle,friction angle(φ) and cohesion(c) of different mixtures are analysed;In field construction,more coarse aggregates containing show higher unhomogeneous;If curing measures are proper,paving cement-treated base in low temperature show little affection on ultima-strength.
