本文以壳资源对买卖双方的价值为基础，将经典的单期Nash讨价还价模型运用于壳资源交易的多期议价分析而获得其解析解，并就买卖双方的耐心程度对议价结果的影响进行了讨论，其结果对壳资源交易定价实践具有现实的指导意义。
his article developed a multi-period model based on Nash bargaining model for pricing one shell resource. The model discussed the patience of both buy-player and sell-player in the bargaining process, and give the shell resource price formula.
