12-硼钨酸钾掺杂聚苯胺的制备、表征和性能研究

以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,采用化学氧化聚合法制备了12-硼钨酸钾(K5BW12O40onH2O)与盐酸共掺杂的聚苯胺材料。通过FT-IR、XRD和电导率测试等手段研究了12-硼钨酸钾与苯胺单体的质量比X对掺杂聚苯胺结构和性能的影响,同时结合循环伏安测试对合成材料的电化学性质进行了研究。结果表明:在掺杂过程中[BW12O40]5-作为对阴离子进入到聚苯胺链上,其含量随着X的增大而增多。进入分子链上的[BW12O40]5-阴离子会影响材料分子链排列的有序程度,进而影响了材料的导电性能。合成的新材料为电化学活性材料。

Polyaniline (PANI) doped with K5BW12O40onH2O was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization method in 1 moloL-1 HCl solution, using ammonium peroxydisulfate as an oxidant. The effect of the initial weight ratio X of K5BW12O40onH2O to aniline on the structure and property of material was investigated by FT-IR, XRD and conductivity measurement. Moreover, the electrochemical property of material was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results showed that the [BW12O40]5- anions were successfully incorporated into the chains of PANI, and its content in PANI chains increased with the increase of the initial weight ratio X. The [BW12O40]5- anions which were incorporated into the chains of PANI could effect the ordering of PANI chains and then effect the conductivity of material. The new material has electrochemical activity.
