目的 分析学龄儿童心理行为特点对其饮食行为的影响,为有针对性地对其进行营养教育提供科学依据。方法 随机抽取金坛市302名儿童进行饮食行为和心理行为问题的问卷调查,利用线性回归分析营养行为的影响因素。结果 单因素分析:男女生焦虑抑郁、社交问题、思维问题、注意缺陷、攻击行为因子分及总分与饮食量表得分负相关;多因素分析:男孩的注意缺陷得分与女孩的思维问题得分与饮食行为量表得分负相关。结论 学龄儿童的心理行为问题与饮食行为之间关系密切,应积极开展以学校为基础,包括心理、营养及饮食在内的健康相关行为监测,及时发现问题,及时采取干预措施。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavior characteristics of children on diet behaviors. It is useful to provide scientific basis for nutrition instruction. Methods A questionnaire survey on nutritional behavior and psychological behavior was finished by 302 school-aged children sampled randomly in Jintan. The effect factors on diet behavior were analyzed with linear regression. Results One single factor analysis showed that anxious/depressed, social problems, thought problems, attention problems, aggressive behavior score and total score in boys and girls were negatively correlated with diet behavior score. Multiple factors analysis showed that attention problem scores in boys and thought problem scores in girls were negatively correlated with diet behavior score. Conclusion The findings demonstrated that psychological behaviors of school-age children were closely associated with diet behaviors. It is necessary to add health-related curriculum on risk behaviors prevention into quality education, carry out comprehensive behavior surveillance on psychology, nutrition and diet and conduct early intervention in adolescents.
