水性中间相沥青的制备工艺改进研究

以高温煤焦油沥青为原料,以浓硫酸和浓硝酸为氧化剂,制备水性中间相。对制备过程中的工艺条件进行改进,选择了省时且收率很高的方法制备水性中间相沥青,并考察了此种方法对水性中间相性能的影响以及以此方法制备的水性中间相沥青为原料制备纳米炭粉的形貌影响。利用FT-IR光谱和电子和TEM对原料和水性中间相沥青制得的水性中间相进行了表征。结果表明:改进的工艺方法制备的水性中间相沥青的结构没有发生改变,改进方法制备的纳米炭粉的颗粒较小且颗粒大小均匀。
he preparation of aqua-mesophase pitch (AMP) was investigated by oxidation of high temperature coal tar pitch with mixtures of concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Improving the preparing process,the more cost-effective and high-yield method was used to prepare AMP. the property of the AMP and the morphology of the nano carbon poweders prepared by the AMP were studied in detail. Using the FT-IR spectra and TEM to characterize the raw material, AMP and the nano carbon powders. The results reveal that the shructure of the AMP produced by the improved process didn’t changed and particle size of the nano carbon powders prepared with this AMP is smaller than that prepared before and with a uniform particle size.
