胶体金免疫层析技术在农药残留检测中的应用

t present, the phenomena of excessive pesticide residues have become important problems influencing the quality and safety of agricultural products, so there is urgent need to have sensitive, reliable, accurate and convenient methods for measuring pesticide residues, which can be used on-site or in the laboratory. Immunochromatographic assay (ICA) is a new type of rapid detection technology based on the specific immune response of antigen and antibody. ICA technology based on colloidal gold is popular for its convenience, low cost and visualization. This review will mainly introduce ICAs labeled by colloidal gold and their application on pesticide residue detection.
