光合细菌产氢过程的碳源代谢实验研究

本文以光合产氢混合菌群为研究对象,通过实验研究了不同碳源对光合细菌生长和产氢过程的影响规律,结果表明光合细菌能够利用乙酸、丁酸、丙酮酸等小分子酸醇作为生长碳源快速生长,其中乙酸是小分子酸醇中光合细菌最好的生长碳源和产氢基质,光合细菌利用乙酸生长时,乙酸的最佳添加浓度为80 mmol/L;光合细菌利用乙酸作为产氢底物时,乙酸的最佳添加浓度40 mmol/L,为光合细菌生长和产氢机理研究提供了科学参考。

his paper studied the influence of different carbon sources on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria and the impact of hydrogen production,using a mixed hydrogen-producing photosynthetic bacteria as reaserch object. The results showed that photosynthetic grew rapidly by using small molecule acid and alcohol, such as acetic acid, butyric acid, pyruvic acid. Acetic acid is the best carbon source for bacteria growth and carbon substrates for hydrogen production in all small molecule acid and alcohol. The best addition of acetic acid is 80 mmmol/L as the growth carbon substrates and is 40 mmol/L as the hydrogen producetion substrates.These perhaps provide a reference and basis for the research of photosynthetic bacteria growth and hydrogen production mechanism.
