烧结温度对陶粒性能的影响研究
Effect of Sintering Temperature on the Characteristics of Lightweight Aggregate
作为污水处理工艺的副产物,污泥的产量随污水处理规模的增长而日益增多。污泥的处理处置一直是个难题,如处置不当易造成二次污染。本文以污水污泥与河道底泥为原料制备轻质陶粒,主要探讨了烧结温度对原料的热力学性质,陶粒的物理性能的影响。研究表明温度大于950℃时,晶体达到定型阶段,在烧结温度达到1100℃时,可得到颗粒表观密度、松散容重大小适中的陶粒。
s the by-products of wastewater treatment, the output of sewage sludge increases greatly with the large scale growth of wastewater treatment. Sludge disposal has been one of serious environmental concerns, it is easy to cause secondary pollution if mishandled. In this paper, the effects of sintering temperature on the properties of raw materials and the physical properties of lightweight aggregates were studied. The results shown that when temperature is higher than 950℃, the crystal can reach the steady state. When sintering temperature reaches 1100℃, lightweight aggregates with desired physicochemical properties can be attained.
