基于超级电容的超微型电动车制动能量回收系统研究
Research on Braking Energy Recovery System for Super Micro-electric Vehicle Based on Super Capacitor
传统的以蓄电池为储能元件的制动能量回收系统,由于频繁充放电影响蓄电池寿命和低速时能量回收效率低等原因不能直接用于超微型电动车。本文提出由超级电容为储能元件来克服上述缺陷,并提高制动能量回收效率。搭建试验台并设计制动能量回收检测系统。测试了本论文所研究的制动能量回收系统在不同工况下的能量回收效率。试验证明,制动能量回收效率能达到13.7%,该方法具有一定的实用价值。
hetraditional braking energy recovery system with battery asenergy storage, Due to frequent charge-discharge affecting the service life of motor and low energy recovery efficiency at low speed cannot be directly used in the SuperMicro-electric vehicles. This paper presents a methodof using super capacitor as the energy storage component to overcome this defectand improve the efficiency of braking energy recovery.Test bench is builded and braking energy recovery detection system is designed.This paper is verified by research of braking energy recovery system in the energy recovery efficiency under different working conditions.Braking energy recovery efficiency can reach 13.7%.Tests showed that this method has a certain practical value.
