组织即兴、组织学习和动态能力的关系研究

复杂商业环境中组织即兴受到越来越多学者的关注,本文在组织即兴、组织学习、动态能力等相关文献系统回顾的基础上,通过对组织即兴、组织学习、动态能力三者关系进行梳理,得出组织学习是组织即兴的积极结果之一、组织即兴通过提高组织学习能力进而提升企业的动态能力和动态能力的提高有效支持组织特定即兴能力结论,以期为后续研究奠定理论基础。
he organization improvisation has attracted more and more scholars, attention in the complicated and turbulent business environment. Based on the relevant literature of organizational improvisation, organizational learning and dynamic capabilities , this paper systematically sorts out the relationship among them and concludes that organizational learning is one of positive results of organization improvisation; organization improvisation could improve enterprise's dynamic capabilities by strengthening organizational learning; the improving of dynamic capabilities could effectively support specific organization improvisational ability in order to lay the theoretical foundation for further study.
