超低场磁共振车载便携梯度功率放大器设计

核磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging, MRI)作为一种具有广阔应用前景的医学影像诊断方法,以无损伤性检查、多种图像类型、图像对比度高、心血管成像无需造影剂增强等特点,为医学诊断提供丰富的影像信息。便携式核磁共振移动诊断设备逐步成为医学领域的一个重要发展方向。超低场核磁共振能够降低设备磁体子系统的设计制造难度,体积小巧,轻便灵活,已经在科研和临床诊断上展现巨大的应用潜力。梯度功率放大器作为便携磁共振成像系统不可或缺的一部分,其体积和重量也需要尽量做到最小,本文研发了一种基于"FPGA+自适应PID"控制的极简型、超轻便的一种梯度功率放大器,跟踪上升/下降时间200us左右,最大输出电流可达80A,体积缩小到150mm* 170mm*70mm,大小大概仅为A4纸的一半,重量仅为1kg,所设计梯度功率放大器满足设计指标。
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging diagnostic method with broad application prospects. Diagnosis provides rich imaging information. Portable MRI mobile diagnostic equipment has gradually become an important development direction in the medical field. Ultra-low-field NMR can reduce the difficulty of designing and manufacturing equipment magnet subsystems. It is small in size, light and flexible, and has shown great application potential in scientific research and clinical diagnosis. Gradient power amplifier is an indispensable part of portable magnetic resonance imaging system, and its volume and weight also need to be minimized. In this paper, a minimalist and ultra-light gradient based on "FPGA + adaptive PID" control is developed. The power amplifier has a tracking rise/fall time of about 200us, the maximum output current can reach 80A, the volume is reduced to 150mm*170mm*70mm, the size is only half the size of A4 paper, and the weight is only 1kg. The designed gradient power amplifier meets the design specifications.?????
