硅对烟草生长的影响及诊断指标研究
Study on the Effects of Silicon on Tobacco Growth and Silicon Nutrition Diagnosis
本文通过水培试验,研究硅对烟草生长的影响及烟草硅素营养诊断指标,并对福建省烟草主产区148个烟叶样品的硅素含量状况进行测定。结果表明,供硅可提高烟草根、茎、叶的含硅量,不同器官、不同叶位的硅含量表现为根>叶>茎、下位叶>中位叶>上位叶,烟草硅素营养诊断的适宜部位为现蕾期植株中位叶,硅素诊断临界值为叶片含硅(Si)0.26%。与对照相比较,供硅对团棵期烟草的生长无明显影响,但可显著提高现蕾期烟草地上部干重和总生物量,硅可提高烟草K、P、Zn的含量,降低N、Ca、Cu、Fe、B的含量。福建省烟草主产区的烟叶硅(Si)含量的范围在0.04%-0.64%之间,平均值为0.22%,有52%样品的硅(Si)含量低于0.26%。
Hydroponic experiment with 5 silicon concentrations (0,0.5,1.0,2.0,3.0 mmol/L) was carried out to study the effects of silicon on tobacco growth and tobacco silicon nutrition diagnosis. The results indicated that tobacco silicon content increased with the increasing silicon concentration in culture solution. The silicon content of tobacco organs was in the order of root> leaves >stem, lower leaves > middle leaves > upper leaves. Tobacco middle leaves at topping stage was considered to be a proper part for silicon nutrition diagnosis. Compared with control, silicon treatment improved tobacco dry weight of aboveground and total biomass significantly at topping stage, but had no effect on tobacco growth at rosette stage. Silicon treatment increased the content of K, P and Zn, but decreased the content of N, Ca, Cu, Fe and B of tobacco. 148 tobacco leaf samples collected from major tobacco producing areas in Fujian province were tested. The results showed that the range and the average silicon content of tobacco was 0.04%-0.64% and 0.22% respectively, 52% samples silicon content was lower than 0.26%.
