his paper briefly described the formation mechanism of insulin amyloid fibers, and fibers as a template for the self-assembly of precious metals gold nanowires. Through the experiment ,Find the more suitable precursors salt solution of synthetic gold nanoparticle chains, and to study the nanochains self-assembly situation in different precursor concentration. Through a variety of analysis and characterization of the synthesized nanochains to find the most suitable conditions for the assembly of gold nanochains. The study found the best solution pH of insulin amyloid fibrils formation was 2.0. For the self-assembly gold nanochains, when the precursor AuCl3 salt solution with insulin fiber molecular mole ratio was 6.25, the nanochains morphology is the best.
