新颖的含磷基团胍基配体及其锗化合物的合成与结构研究
Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Novel Phosphino Group-Containing Guanidine Ligand and Its Germanium Compound
以邻氯苯胺、无水氯化镍、三苯基膦为原料合成了邻三苯基膦基苯胺盐酸盐,再经萘钠还原得到邻二苯基膦基苯胺。其与亚胺氯化物反应得到了目标产物含磷基团胍基配体。该配体与正丁基锂反应形成锂盐,其与二氯化锗反应,得到双配体稳定的锗化合物。该化合物通过核磁和X-射线单晶衍射表征,证实锗中心是四方锥配位几何结构。这些研究拓展了对锗化学的认识。
2-triphenylphosphine aniline hydrochloride was synthesized by using 2-chloroaniline, anhydrous nickel chloride, and triphenylphosphine as starting materials. This hydrochloride adduct was reduced by sodium naphthalenide to give 2-diphenylphosphino aniline, which reacted further with imine chloride to result in the formation of phosphino group-containing guanidine ligand o-PPh2-N(Mes)C(Ph)NHC6H4 (LH). The ligand LH was treated with equimolar n-BuLi followed by reacting with germanium(II) chloride, leading to bis(guanidine) germanium product L2Ge. Compound L2Ge has been characterized by NMR spectroscopy (1H and 31P) and X-ray single crystal diffraction, showing a square-pyramidal coordination geometry at Ge center. This study helps to understand the germanium chemistry.
