his paper puts infrastructure, income inequality and economic growth under the same framework. By constructing a simultaneous equation model and using panel data of 26 countries in emerging economies from 1990 to 2016, the impact of infrastructure on inclusive growth is studied. The study found that: (1) Emerging economies conform to the Kuznets inverted U-shaped curve hypothesis, and they have not crossed the inflection point, that is, while achieving economic growth, accompanied by an increase in income gap; (2) The improvement of infrastructure level can promote economic growth, narrow the income gap significantly, and achieve inclusive growth; (3) In the context of emerging economies facing economic growth pressures and widening income gaps, they can both achieve economic growth and reducing the effects of the income gap through direct and indirect effects of infrastructure investment, which is therefore a very useful policy tool.
