音频辅助的色情视频检测

随着信息技术的不断发展,一些色情视频也出现在了互联网上,并借机广泛传播,给社会造成了一定危害。因此,如何阻止其传播就显得尤为重要。本文提出了一种基于音频辅助的识别框架模型。首先,对从视频文件中提取出的音频流分帧并提取基于帧的特征,其次,用事先训练好的GMM模型对音频帧进行分类,并保留音乐和音乐语音混合声两种类型,最后,用事先训练好的HMM模型确定保留类型中的某一帧是否是色情视频。实验结果表明,该框架识别效果良好,起到了辅助的效果。
long with the development of information technology, more illegal pornographic video come up to the Internet, which do harm to the society. Based on this, an efficient method to prevent it's transmission would be imperative. This paper presents a combination of GMM and HMM classification scheme to achieve the pornographic video content detection based on audio. First, Soundtrack extracted from the video stream are sub-framed and extracted features, followed with a pre-trained GMM model to classify the audio stream and keep only two types sounds frame, music and music&speech; third, use pre-trained HMM model to determine whether they are pornographic video. The result confirm its validity.
