厚朴叶的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

目的 研究厚朴干燥叶的化学成分。方法 采用现代色谱技术对厚朴叶甲醇提取物进行分离和纯化,根据化合物光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为丁香脂素(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、槲皮苷(3)、芦丁(4)、紫丁香苷(5)、丁香脂素-4,4′-双-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、芥子醛苷(7)、松脂素-4′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论 化合物6和8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Magnolia officinalis Rehd et Wils.Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as Syringaresinol(1), Sitosterol(2), Quertrin(3),Rutin(4), Syringin(5), Syringaresinol-4,4′-di-O-β-D-glucoside(6), Sinapaldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7), Pinoresionol -4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8), Syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9), Daucosterol(10). Conclusion Compounds 6,8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
