非均布荷载作用下钢桥桥面铺装力学响应分析

本文从典型轮胎接地压力实测成果出发,探讨走向胎纹的非均布性对正交异性钢桥面铺装体系力学特性的影响。建立大跨径钢桥桥面铺装体系的力学分析模型,在铺装层表面施加非均布垂直荷载与水平荷载,与传统的矩形均布荷载作用比较,分析铺装层以及粘结层的各项力学控制指标的变化规律。分析结果表明,非均布荷载作用下,铺装层横向拉应力分布存在局部突变状况,最大竖向位移较矩形均布荷载作用下增大17%,水平荷载对铺装层最大纵向拉应力、最大纵向剪应力具有明显的影响。

he effect of non-uniform distribution on mechanical characteristics of pavement of orthotropic steel deck was studied according to tyre grounding experimental research. Computation model of long-span steel bridge pavement was established, and then non-uniform load and rectangular load were considered according to the simplification of measured typeprint. Variation of mechanical indexes of pavement and adhesive layer was analyzed compared to that under rectangular load. Under measured non-uniform load, the analysis results show that there is local break in the distributing of transverse tensile stress of pavement, the maximum vertical displacement of pavement increases by 17% in comparison with that under uniform load, the horizontal load has a apparent influence on the maximum longitudinal shear stress and the maximum longitudinal tensile stress.
