虎杖的功效成分组研究Ⅰ-延长凝血时间作用的谱效分析研究

Objective: To study the fingerprints correlated with pharmacynamic on the basis of HPLC fingerprint and clotting time potency, in order to definite the effective compounds of extend clotting time of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati.[Method]Study the inherent connections between HPLC fingerprint and clotting time potency of rhizoma polygoni with partial least squares regression（PLSR）, receive the coefficient of regression of HPLC fingerprint peak area correspondence clotting time potency.[Result]Effective compounds consist of the six peaks X2,X6,X7,X8,X15,X16 of the fingerprint do the most important role on the clotting time potency.[Conclusion]The traditional Chinese medicine based on the correct zheng differentiation-treatment, and is according to the effect of Chinese medicine to treat patients, so, the "effective compounds" which reflect the Chinese medicine efficacy is the key of quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, the representative of the effective compositions must be verified eventually by efficacy.
