半潜式海洋起重平台压载调配模拟
Simulation for Ballast process of Semi-submerged Offshore Crane Platform
海上重大件吊装的需求日渐增多,半潜式海洋起重平台具有不可比拟的优势。基于安全和成本考虑,压载调节计算和吊装时间都需要缩短。本研究根据船舶相关原理和实际经验,创新调试方法,编制模拟系统,节省压载调节时间,减少人力物力投入,而专门针对半潜式海洋起重平台作业过程而编制的模拟系统在国内尚属首次。根据实际的吊装作业表明,利用模拟系统可以使整体吊装时间可节省60-70%以上,吊装作业效率大大提高。
he advantage of semi-submerged offshore crane meets of the requirement of booming offshore loading. Taking into account of secure and cost, the time of loading operation for ballast water should to be shorten, for which the reaserching is almost blank . Based on relative principle and practical experience, programming software to simulate ballasting process,optimizing loading scheme that ensuring loading time is the shortest and satisfied with the loading condition, so as to reduce the time of whole loading operation and cut down the investment of resource. Gaining up to 60-70% time saving according to the data of actual loading,efficiency of loading operation is greatly improved.
