基于故障树分析的城市地上燃气设施的风险评价

城市地上燃气设施包括地上管道、地面管道附属设施以及居民使用设施等,这些设施如果出现故障将直接影响到用户及周边环境的安全,因此有必要对城市地上燃气设施进行风险评价。城市地上燃气设施存在的主要问题包括燃气泄漏、供应不良、投诉提醒三方面。燃气泄漏影响供气并会产生相对较为严重的事故后果,供应不良关联着用户的用气情况,投诉提醒是管道施工及维护的及时反馈。本文分析了城市地上燃气设施故障发生的可能位置及其发生原因,在此基础上建立了地上燃气设施故障树模型,通过分析底事件的发生概率并研究导致发生故障的主要原因及故障发生后果,确定风险程度,提出了相应的预防措施,并以故障树底事件的关键重要度作为地上燃气设施优化改进和维护计划制定的依据。

Fault trees provide a graphical representation of the logical development of the causes of an undesirable event. The analysis began with where and why city overground gas facilities didn’t work. Based on the results, fault trees of gas facilities were set up. Then did some research on the probabilities of bottom events and leading reasons and aftereffects of the faults, and then put forward corresponding preventives after fixing on risk grade. According to the key importance of bottom events in a fault tree, optimization and improvement of gas facilities and preparation of maintenance were carried out.
