广林9号桉叶木质素的提取及结构表征
Extraction and structural characterization of lignin from leaves of E. grandis × E. urophylla Guanglin No. 9
本研究对广林9号桉叶磨木木木质素的红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱进行分析,探究桉叶磨木木质素的一些化学官能团和化学键特征。研究结果表明,广林9号桉叶磨木木质素主要由愈创木基和紫丁香基结构单元组成;在磨木木质素化学官能团中,含有大量羟基、甲氧基、羰基等。
Extraction milled wood lignin from leaves of E. grandis × E. urophylla Guanglin No. 9 and analyze its IR, UV, 1H-NMR to explore some chemical functional groups and chemical bonding characteristics of Eucalyptus leaves milled wood lignin. Results showed mill wood lignin is mainly composed of guaiacyl and syringyl structural units; Chemical functional groups contains large amounts of hydroxyl, methoxy and carbonyl group. This study provided basic data for further use of this waste renewable resources of E. grandis × E. urophylla leaves.
