面向汽车儿童约束系统翻转试验的设备方案优化设计

本文研究目的是构建一种儿童约束系统翻转试验实施方案及设备,该设备可实现不停机状态下试验座椅90 自动换向,消除了同类设备因人工辅助转向可能产生的安全隐患。设备方案基于模块化设计理念,尽可能实现结构简单、功能可靠、操作便捷、便于升级。引入光敏开关,并设计控制电路,本文方案实现了试验座椅的光控转向功能。另外,通过对国家标准相关内容的解读和研究,针对儿童约束系统翻转试验中可能出现的部分问题,以及设备的其他构建方案,在本文结论中进行了探讨,并提出了相应的建议。

he objective of the study is to form a scheme or devise a system for child restraint system's rotation test and to design the proper equipment used for the test process. The requirements for the rotation test equipment include test bench's changing direction in 90 automatically, thus avoiding the potential safety hazard often caused by changing direction manually which is a common practice in the operation of similar domestic equipments. The scheme of the equipment mentioned in this paper is based upon the concept of modularity design, and militates in favor of achieving the state that the shape and structure of the equipment is simple, while it's more reliable and easier to operate and upgrade. In the paper the function of test bench's changing direction automatically is achieved in the control of light activated switch and the relevant controlling circuit. In addition, the relevant content of national standards is interpretated and studied in the paper. Finally in the conclusion part, problems often arising in rotation tests and other schemes for the equipment are discussed, and the relevant proposals for improvement are offered in the paper.
