交叉指传感器结构参数的正交优化设计

交叉指传感器由于具有单边穿透、信号强度可调以及层析成像等优点,被广泛应用于工业过程控制中产品物理特性的无损检测。交叉指传感器的灵敏度和穿透深度是影响测量精确度的重要因素,传感器设计时其波长、电极长度和极对数等结构参数决定了灵敏度和穿透深度两个性能指标。本文研究正交优化设计方法,选择最优结构参数,提高性能指标。以二波长交叉指传感器为例,分别设计2D、3D模型结构参数,结果表明,该方法可以快速有效地选择最优结构参数。

Interdigital sensors are widely used in nondestructive testing for physical properties of manufactures, with the advantages of one-side access, controllability of signal strength, imaging capability, etc. The sensitivity and penetration depth are the major influential factors of the meas- -urement precision, which are determined by the structural parameters , such as the wavelength, the length of electrodes and numbers. The paper studied the orthogonal optimization design, obtained the optimizing parameters and improved the characteristics. The structure parameters of 2D,3D model for two wavelength is designed. The results show the effectivity and efficiency of the orthogonal optimization.
