采用不同溶剂制备NFO粉体及性能研究

本文分别用乙二醇甲醚和柠檬酸作为溶剂,通过sol-gel法制备NiFe2O4(NFO)铁磁相粉体。利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析NFO粉体吸热,放热规律,运用XRD对煅烧后的粉体进行物相分析。结果表明:主晶相在600℃煅烧时形成,但存在第二相Fe2O3,随着煅烧温度升高,第二相逐渐减少.乙二醇甲醚作为溶剂制备的粉体在在800℃煅烧不存在第二相.表明用乙二醇甲醚作为溶剂可以制备高纯度的NFO粉体.通过透射电镜分析粉体的粒度大小和形貌,结果表明用乙二醇甲醚作溶剂在800℃煅烧的粉体粒度大小均匀,平均粒径约80nm。

he NFO powders were prepared by Sol-Gel method using ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and citric acid as solvents, respectively. The exothermic and endothermic effects of the powders were obtained by DSC. The phase structures of calcined powder were investigated by XRD. The results show, that the main phases exist in the NFO powders calcined at 600℃, but there were still secondary phases (Fe2O3). With the increase of calcination temperature, the amounts of secondary phases decrease gradually. There were no secondary phases in the powders calcined at 800℃ using ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent. This indicates that NFO powders with higher purity can be obtained by using ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent. The average grain sizes and morphology of powders were analyzed by TEM. Results show that the grain sizes of powders calcined at 800℃ using ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as solvent are homogeneous and the average grain size is about 80nm.
