并购绩效实证研究综述
Review of Empirical Research on M&A Performance
企业并购一直是证券市场的热点话题，而关于并购绩效的研究更是其中的重要内容之一。目前，国内外诸多学者针对并购绩效进行了大量实证研究，研究成果仍呈现百家争鸣的状态，尚未达成一致。本文通过对历年来国内外学者对并购绩效的实证研究成果进行梳理归纳，找出异同，并分析了造成研究结论不一致的原因，为后续研究提供了参考和借鉴。
he M&A has been a hot topic in the stock market, and research on M&A performance is an important part. At present, many domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of empirical researches on M&A performance, but the results have not yet recheaed agreement. This paper has summed empirical researches on M&A performance by domestic and foreign scholars over the years and identified the similarities and differences. Besides, it also has analyzed the reasons for the different results, providing a reference for further study.
