开发了一种能够利用目标物质与基体沸点差异实现二者的分离富集的热吹扫分离富集装置(Thermal purging separation and enrichment device,TSE),作为表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)检测的前处理装置;同时进行了参数的优化与装置微型化处理,实现了高回收率下的高效检测。在对酒精饮料中小分子物质甲醇进行定量分析时,通过热吹扫分离富集装置耦合催化策略解决了甲醇拉曼散射截面小且难以采用衍生化策略,造成SERS检测存在壁垒的问题,通过催化将甲醇转化为可以衍生的甲醛。为了避免大量乙醇催化后产生乙醛的干扰,在检测高浓度酒时采用不与乙醛相互作用的乙酰丙酮衍生处理。通过此方法在线性范围0.001~0.2 μg/mL和0.5~100 μg/mL实现了甲醇标准溶液中甲醛的检测,检出限为0.001 μg/mL;对葡萄酒、清酒以及高度白酒中甲醇的检测,检出限可低至0.1μg/mL,展示了较宽的线性范围,检测时间可控在20 min以内。

In order to avoid the interference of acetaldehyde after a large amount of ethanol is catalyzed, acetylacetone derivatization that does not interact with acetaldehyde is used in the detection of high-concentration wine. Through this method, the detection of formaldehyde in methanol standard solution is achieved in the linear range of 0.001~0.2 μg/mL and 0.5~100 μg/mL, with a detection limit of 0.001 μg/mL; for the detection of methanol in wine, sake and high-grade liquor, The detection limit can be as low as 0.1μg/mL, showing a wide linear range, and the detection time can be controlled within 20 min.)
