活络育阴方对糖尿病性脑梗死大鼠脑组织RAGE的表达研究

Objective: set up a type diabetes and cerebral embolism SD rat model. In order to investigated and compared the expressing of RAGE in rat brain of cerebral infarction due to diabetes and effects about Huoluoyuyinfang decoction on it . Methods: D rats were fed on a diet enriched in fat and fructose and the rats were injected intrapertoneally with a low-dose streptozocin(STZ) to induce hyperglycemia. Then set up MCAO by linear emlolism.The study using in morphology and other method observed the protective effect of Huoluoyuyinfang in different dose and differrnt time; using in immunohistochemical ABC method observed the effect of Huoluoyuyinfang on RAGE in rat brain of cerebral infarction due to diabetes and expored its mechanism. Results: iabetes and cerebral embolism SD rat model was successful duplicated. The positive RAGE immunoreactivity was present fewer in diabetes + cerebral infarct group than diabetes group, and little present in Huoluoyuyinfang group 1 and group 2 on the two therapy periods of 2 weeks and 4 weeks .Clusion: oluoyuyinfang could dereased the expressing of RAGE and played an important role of protect against neurological impairment .
