With Chinese service industry employees as the research object, combining theoretical and empirical perspectives, The paper focuses its research on exploring the structure of emotional intelligence of service industry employees, and use the job performance, organizational commitment, job satisfaction as a criterion to explore the relationship between them. The result of the paper provide a reliable basis for employee recruitment and training of Service Industry.
