为了获得内啮合的少齿差齿轮的传动和结构特性,利用三维软件Solidworks建立少齿差齿轮的实体模型,导入ADMAS软件中建立其虚拟样机,通过对两者啮合传动的特性仿真,获得其啮合力的时域和频域参数曲线;再利用ANSYS软件对两者进行有限元模态分析,得到整体结构前六阶的固有频率;给内啮合的少齿差齿轮的试验特性研究提供了理论基础。

In order to obtain the transmission and structural properties of internal meshing gear with small teeth difference, use the three-dimensional software Solidworks to build solid model of small teeth difference gear. Then a virtual prototype is formed by using ADMAS. Parametric curves of its meshing force in the time domain and frequency domain are obtained with the simulation of the meshing transmission characteristics. The natural frequencies of the first six orders of overall structure are obtained with the method of finite element modal analysis with ANSYS. A theoretic foundation is given to the test research of the internal meshing characteristics of the gear pair with small teeth difference.
