Research progress on reactive oxygen species-regulated MKP-1
本文综述了活性氧(ROS)调控丝裂原活化蛋白激酶磷酸酶MKP-1的研究进展,并提出假说认为适量的ROS可以诱导MKP-1表达,而过量的ROS则抑制其表达,为MKP-1相关氧化还原信号通路的研究提供了重要的参考。
his paper summarizes the research progress of mitogen-activated protein kinase phosphatase-1 (MKP-1) regulated by reactive oxygen species (ROS), and thus hypothesizes that appropriate ROS can induce MKP-1 expression, but excessive ROS begin to inhibit it. This review will provide an important reference for researches on MKP-1-related redox signaling pathways.
