底泥中多环芳烃微生物修复研究现状和趋势的文献计量分析
Bibliometric analysis of status quo and trend of the research on bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediment
微生物修复作为一种常用的绿色修复手段,在底泥有机污染物修复上有着广阔的应用前景。基于Web of Science核心数据库,通过文献计量可视化应用软件Citespace,分析了1998-2020年底泥中多环芳烃(PAHs)微生物修复的研究热点及趋势。结果表明:①底泥中PAHs微生物修复的论文发表数量呈快速增长趋势,主要的研究方向为环境科学、工程学、海洋与淡水生物学;发文量位居前2位的国家是中国和美国,在全球研究机构中中国科学院的贡献最多。②关键词分析表明,研究热点集中在PAHs化合物种类(主要为萘、菲和芘)、PAHs生物有效性以及PAHs与其它有机污染物的复合污染。③研究趋势分析表明,底泥中PAHs的微生物修复和微生物多样性的变化,以及重金属对PAHs微生物修复的影响等为前沿研究。已有研究的综合分析表明,今后底泥中PAHs微生物修复的挑战主要是在重金属和/或其它有机污染物共存情况下的PAHs修复研究。
s a common green remediation method, bioremediation has a broad application prospect in the remediation of organic pollution in sediment. Based on the core database of Web of Science, the research hotspots and trends of bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in sediment from 1998 to 2020 were analyzed by CiteSpace. The results showed that ①The number of published papers on the bioremediation of PAHs in sediment presents a rapid upward trend and the research directions are mainly environmental science, engineering and marine and freshwater biology. The top two countries with the number of published papers are China and the United States, and the contribution of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is greatest among the research institutions in the world. ②The analysis of keywords shows that the research hotspots are focused on the types of PAH compounds (mainly naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene), bioavailability of PAHs, combined pollution of PAHs and other organic pollutants. ③The analysis of research trend shows that the research frontiers are bioremediation of PAHs and variation of microbial diversity in sediment, and the impact of heavy metals on bioremediation of PAHs. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the previous studies, in the future, the main challenge of bioremediation of PAHs in sediment is under the circumstances with coexistence of heavy metals and/or other organic pollutants.
