树脂复合材料整体床身热结构耦合分析

本文以某企业某种型号数控车床的树脂复合材料床身为研究对象,通过SolidWorks建立床身实体模型,把工况下各种工艺参数通过计算得到载荷然后折算到床身上。运用大型有限元仿真软件ANSYS Workbench对该床身进行静力结构分析、稳态热分析和热结构耦合分析。经过有限元仿真分析,研究了静力结构载荷和热载荷两者同时作用时对床身应力和变形产生的影响。为树脂复合材料用于机床床身的综合性能研究提供参考。

In this paper,the solid model of CNC bed is modeled by SolidWorks, which is made of resin composites in some models of an enterprise. The loads calculated by the various process parameters in working conditions are converted to bed. The static structural analysis, the steady-state thermal analysis and coupled thermo-structure analysis are made by ANSYS Workbench. After the finite element simulation analysis, the impacts on bed stress and deformation generated by both static structural and thermal loads at the same time are studied. The results provide a reference for the comprehensive performance research of machine bed made of resin composites.
