he design of a chip based Cell-electrofusion system
ell electrofusion operated on the chip with micro-dimension structure can effectively improve the cell manipulation accuracy and cell fusion efficiency, while the size reduction also helps to reduce the amplitude of the system control signal. For realizing this method, a chip-type cell electrical fusion device was designed , which uses a DDS chip named AD9837 as the core to build the queue and fusion signal module, and uses an adjustable step-up circuit and MOS to generate the breakdown signal, and constructs an easier human-machine interaction system based on an embedded CPU. The device has been tested for system verification in current condition and primary cell electrofusion experiments on K562 cells has been undergone. This study laid a good foundation for the miniaturization of cell electrofusion system and extended the application of cell electrofusion.
