本文研究了 MB2 镁合金在一次变形和二次变形后的常温抗拉强度的变化规律。结果表明:一次变形以 210℃变形强化效果最明显;二次变形可以提高 MB2镁合金的强度。在变形温度为 240℃,变形程度达到 1.79 时,强度最高,可以达到 390MPa,此时复合强化效果最明显,比镦粗后强度提高了约 157MPa,比铸坯均匀化退火后的强度提高了近 220MPa。在MB2镁合金轮毂的研制中得到了验证。

On this text variation law of MB2 tensile strength at room temperature was studied after the once deformation and twice deformation. The result indicated that the deformation effect of the once deformation is conspicuous at 210℃,the reason of which is gaining thin crystal grain, while the twice deformation can raise MB2 strength. While the deformation temperature is 240℃,the deformation degree reach 1.79, the strength is highest which is 390Mpa, and complex strengthening effect is the most conspicuous, which is 157Mpa higher than the strength after sinking strain and 220Mpa higher than homogenizing annealing of casting blank, elongation also has greater improvement than as-cast ingot. Obtained the confirmation in MB2the car hub development.
