浅析长输燃气管线防腐层检测和修复

本文结合重庆某气矿天然气原料气干线防腐层检测及大修的工程实践,在对该长输管线现状分析的基础之上,介绍了埋地钢质燃气管道腐蚀成因以及危害,并简要阐述了埋地钢质燃气管道防腐层检测的原理以及几种检测方法,包括直流电流-电位法、多频管中电流衰减测试法(PCM)、变频-选频法、密间隔电位测试技术(CIPS)、直流电位梯度法(DCVG)、标准管/地(P/S) 电位测试以及Pearson测试技术等。另外,对该长输管线的防腐层检修方案进行了介绍,包括管体缺陷修复(分为未腐蚀或腐蚀程度相对较轻缺陷点修复、腐蚀程度严重的缺陷点修复、腐蚀程度比较严重的缺陷点修复)以及阴极保护设施修复。

ombining the engineering practice of Feed gas main overhauling of Chongqing Gas Mine,at the basis of the situation of the long-distance pipeline analysis, the theory and some methods of anti-corrosive coating detecting for buried steel gas pipeline are intruduced briefly as well as corrosion causes and harms. These detecting methods include DC current-electric potentiometry, PCM, CIPS, DCVG, P/SD, Pearson and so on. In addition, the overhauling programe to the anti-corrosive coating is also intruduced, including tube bug repairing(split into good tube or minor corrosiveness relatively bug repairing, serious corrosiveness bug reparing, somewhat serious corrosiveness bug repairing) and the establishments of Cathodic Protection repairing.
