本文建立起在金属粉末注射成形喂料中粉末-聚合物相互作用能关系模型。通过引入点阵模拟,提出了为达到体系能量平衡,颗粒尺寸及粉末浓度的选择准则。结合W-PW-HDPE分散系的理论分析和实验观察,提出了适用于这种体系的具体的颗粒尺寸和粉末浓度选择准则,得到了剪切力-粘度的关系和均匀的喂料分散系
In this paper,the energy interaction between powder and polymer in MIM feedstock has been analyzed. To achieve energy balance, we put forward a powder selection criterion by using the crystal lattice. According to the theoretical study and experimental investigation, the W-PW-HDPE MIM feedstock system is analyzed. The relationship between the viscosity and shear rate has been determined and a uniform microstructure was obtained.
