实验时间和费用的制约排除了用常规的疲劳试验方法测试结构材料在107周次循环以上的疲劳性能。超声加速疲劳技术的应用有效的解决了加载频率的问题。超声加速疲劳要求疲劳试样必须满足与实验系统谐振的条件。超声疲劳试样一般设计成圆柱体。本文就超声疲劳试验常用的漏斗形,狗骨形,双曲余弦形,缺口形和板形几种试样的设计方法进行了解析计算分析,获得了各种试样的谐振长度,以及位移和应力分布函数。

he ultrasonic fatigue has been used in the very cycle fatigue.The test specimen having resonance with the fatigue test system is designed to be rectangular parallelepiped or cylinder.The analysis of the specimen of the infundibular,dog-bone shaped, double arch cosine shaped,gap shaped and board shaped has been progressed respectively.The equation of the resonance length is gained.The distribution function of the displacement and stress along the resonance length in the testing specimen are given out.
