中枢神经轴突再生的细胞内信号转导机制研究进展

轴突不能有效再生是中枢神经系统损伤后功能缺损的主要原因,影响中枢神经轴突再生的原因比较复杂,细胞内级联信号转导通路的调控作用可能是其核心机制。近年来研究发现,Rho/ROCK和cAMP-PKA级联信号转导通路在调控轴突再生具有重要作用,现就轴突再生过程中Rho/ROCK和cAMP-PKA级联信号转导、调控机制进行阐述,为探讨中枢神经系统急性损伤及神经退行性疾病的治疗策略提供新的思路。
It was the main reason that Axon couldn't effectively regenerate after the injury of central nervous system, but the factors influencing central nervous system axonal regeneration was very complex, the regulating function of intracellular signal transduction might be the core mechanism. Recent studies indicated that Rho / ROCK and the cAMP-PKA signal transduction pathway was very important in regulating the axon regeneration,so the paper expounded the function of Rho / ROCK and the cAMP-PKA signal transduction in the process of axonal regeneration in order to provide the new treatment clue for the disease of central nervous system injury and neurodegenerative diseases.
