钢筋形貌法测试金刚石薄壁钻性能方法探讨

n Evaluation method on cutting property of diamond core drill bit is discussed in this paper. Through the further innovation and application of the detect method of reinforced concrete block, new configuration method of concrete reinforcing bars was designed and discussed the effect of different reinforced cutting surface morphology on the cutting results. In this way, properties such as service life and working efficiency of diamond core drill bit could be evaluated comprehensively. The comparison of test results obtained by actual test proves that the method is feasible, which has certain reference meaning to the tools enterprise of diamond core drill bit.
