我国对美离岸软件与信息服务外包关键影响因素分析

Offshore software and information service outsourcing is developing faster and faster as a new economic model. America, Western Europe and Japan are the main market. America accounted for about 40%. But the American market is monopolized by India（India gets about 70%-80% market share）, China has only a small share. To get a sustainable development, we need to develop business to America. Now America is decreasing business to India, providing us a good opportunity. How to seize this opportunity to expand the America market share becomes a hot subject. This paper analyzes the development of Chinese offshore software and information service outsourcing industry from the perspectives of the country , the overall industry and the firms, finds and researches the factors influencing the industry using the Delphi. Then finds the main factors based on the principal component analysis. Each main factor is analyzed and compared between China and India, finding the advantages and disadvantages, and giving suggests. The paper has some theory and practical significance and provides some reference to the development of Chinese offshore software and information service outsourcing to America.
