延边黄牛Titin基因多态性及其与肉质性状的相关分析
Polymorphism of Titin Gene and its Association with Meat Quality Traits in Yanbian Yellow Cattle
利用PCR-RFLP技术检测了延边黄牛群体104个个体肌联蛋白基因(Titin)多态性,找到了Titin基因DNA序列中的1个突变位点G70553T,并将限制性酶切位点多态性与延边黄牛肉的肉色、脂肪酸和肌内脂肪含量等肉质性状间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:延边黄牛群体TT型与L*24、油酸存在一定的正相关(p<0.05);GG型与c*24、硬脂酸存在一定的正相关(p<0.05);TG型肌内脂肪含量极显著高于TT型和GG型(p<0.01)。
Polymorphisms of Titin gene were detected in 104 Yanbian Yellow Cattle by PCR-RFLP, One polymorphic site G70553T was found, The relationship between polymorphism of Titin gene and meat quality traits (meat color, fatty acid intramuscular fat(IMF) content) was analyzed. The results showed as follows: The genotype TT was positively correlated with L*24, oleic acid (P<0.05); The genotype GG was positively correlated to c*24, stearic acid(P<0.05); The genotype TG exhibited significantly higher IMF content than TT and GG(P<0.01).
