近几年来,研究者对纳米材料毒性作用的认识不断深入,并且逐渐明确了,纳米材料作用于生物体系后,其毒性作用与自身的物理化学性质密切相关。因而,充分了解纳米材料毒性作用的影响因素,对纳米材料的安全性评价、毒理学研究的设计及资料的评估都是十分重要的。
With the rapid development of nanotechnology, nanomaterials have been widely used in a variety of fields. Meanwhile, their potential hazards to the environment and human beings have attracted more and more attention. The toxicity of nanomaterials is closely related to their physical and chemical properties. Thus, it is important to fully understand the impact factors of nanomaterials' toxicity.
