近年来,随着智能配电网的发展,分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)的大量接入和渗透率的不断提高改变了配电网的结构与潮流分布,导致传统配电网保护出现误动、拒动、灵敏度降低等问题,给配电网保护带来了巨大的挑战。本文通过结合传统的过电流保护及新型的分布决策式广域保护提出一种基于智能终端单元(smart terminal unit,STU)的分布决策式保护方法。利用STU实时获取本地电流大小及方向信息,并将数据处理成逻辑值。经过逻辑计算后,满足条件的STU获取相邻STU的逻辑计算结果。结合本地与相邻线路两个站点计算的逻辑值,根据规定的判据,即可判断出故障区域;再通过对本地设备的控制,就可以准确快速切除故障线路。此种保护方法无需同步采样,大大降低了对通信通道的要求;同时也解决了DG给传统配电网保护带来的问题。最后通过PSCAD仿真验证了所提出的新型保护方案的合理性与可靠性。

In recent years, distribution system develops rapidly, a large amount of constantly improving penetration of distributed generations (DG) introduced into the power system changed the structure and the power flow of the distribution network and lead to the traditional distribution protection's malfunction, rejecting action, low sensitivity and so on. Protection for the distribution is facing a huge challenge. In this paper, combining traditional over-current protection and a new distributed wide-area protection, based on smart terminal unit (STU) distributed decision-making protection for distribution system is proposed. STUs access to real-time local datum of current magnitude and direction and process them into logical values. After logical calculation, the STUs meeting the condition access to adjacent STUs calculation results. Combining local and adjacent stations' logic value according to the criterion, STUs can judge the fault area and remove it accurately and fast controlling the local device. The protection method reduces the requirement for the communication channel greatly without synchronous sampling and solves the problem of the traditional distribution protection because of DGs introduced. At last, the results of simulation show the proposed protection method and reliability validity.
