基于动态阈值的高分辨率遥感影像道路提取
Road Extraction from High Resolution Remote Sensing Image Based on Dynamic Threshold
本文提出了一种基于动态阈值的道路提取方法,解决了单一阈值不能兼顾到高分辨率遥感影像中各处道路信息的问题。首先对影像进行预处理增强道路信息,用Otsu算法选取阈值,对预处理的影像进行阈值分割,得到包含道路信息的二值图像,应用数学形态学腐蚀运算提取一部分道路信息,并将其存储在队列中;接着将已提取的道路信息设为背景;根据新图像选取的阈值再提取一部分道路信息;直到影像中的道路信息最大限度的被提取;最后对道路信息进行细化和修剪处理,得到道路中心线,并与原图叠加。试验结果表明,本方法能精确有效地提取高空间分辨率遥感影像中的道路信息。
In this paper, an approach to extract road in the high resolution remote sensing image based on dynamic threshold is presented, and it can effectively resolve problems inherent in conventional methods with a single threshold value that cannot work well for extracting all roads from a whole image. Firstly the road information in the image is enhanced and the threshold is obtained according to the method of Otsu operation, then it is used for the image segmentation, the road information is included in the binary image. Secondly, a part of road with mathematic morphology erosion is obtained, stored in the queue. Then, the extracted road is taken as background. And then another road is extracted based on new threshold. Until the maximize information of road has been extracted. Finally, the centerline of the road is determined by morphological thinning and cropping. Experimental results show that the proposed method based on dynamic threshold values performs effectively on road extraction from high resolution remote sensing imagery.
