基于BASS模型的电信业非对称管制评价研究

argeting the difficulties in evaluation of asymmetrical regulation in telecommunications industry, this paper put forward a new approach based on the product diffusion model BASS. The adjusted marketing condition and business strategy of telecom operators, affected by the carrying out of the asymmetrical regulations, will further affect the choice of consumers, which will change the market structure finally. Thus the predicting bridge between asymmetrical regulation and market structure change was set up based on BASS.
